Sheraton, Ann Arbor, MI

IDC Construction, LLC completed an extensive renovation and rebranding of this property to a full scale Sheraton in Ann Arbor, Michigan. There was major work performed on the exterior of the building, including the brand new Sheraton signage.  Other renovations included changes to the Lobby, Sundry, Dining Area, Meeting Rooms, and Fitness Center & Pool. All 197 Guestrooms were remodeled to current Brand Standards, complete with a new FF&E package.
