Residence Inn – Gulfport

IDC Construction performed an extensive renovation of the 108 Guestrooms, Guest Bathrooms, Corridors and Public Spaces. As part of the upgrades, there are new finishes that include carpet, paint , wall vinyl, and FF&E.
IDC executed this renovation in just under a three month time schedule, allowing the owner and operator to return to full operation and sell just in time for holiday travel.

The public space received a major transformation. The Lobby, Library, Hearth Room, Breakfast & Meeting Rooms, and Fitness Center all are newly renovated. The addition of new carpet, paint, wall vinyl and furniture really make these spaces shine on the property and add warmth to the guest’s amenities.
