Gary Williams - Managing Member, IDC Construction, LLC
Mr. Williams has deep roots in the hospitality industry. Gary Williams established IDC Construction, LLC in 1999, following a merger of Impac Hotel Group to form the public entity known as Lodgian.

In addition to his executive responsibilities, Gary provides leadership to the IDC Project Management Team and fulfills the role of Project Executive for key clients and projects. During the six years he spent as an Owner and Vice President of Impac Design & Construction (prior to 1999), Gary managed all renovation activities for all Impac acquisitions and corporate hotels.

Before joining Impac Design & Construction, Gary operated his own successful company, Quality Finish Systems, which was well known in the hospitality and high-end retail markets for consistent quality, superior service and outstanding client commitment.

Gary Williams’ numerous years of construction experience are a tremendous asset to IDC Construction, LLC and its clients.
